Located on the east coast of North Carolina, we proudly serve the counties of Carteret, Onslow, Craven, Pender, New Hanover, and many others! Our passionate Coaches and Staff are USAG Associates, as well as trained and certified in different programs to assist the progress of our gymnasts at levels. At Unity Athletics Gymnastics, we believe that by creating a safe and fun environment, we allow the child to transform at their safest and most productive pace!

Shrimp
Ages walking to 3 years. Co-ed
30 minute class that is parent-assisted, coach guided. Primarily focusing on motor skills and the development of muscles used for healthy growth and learning.

Sea Monkeys
Ages 3 to 5 years old. Co-ed
45 minute class. An exciting and energetic format to help the development of motor and social skills. Gymnasts will learn the basic skills of gymnastics and the ability to work with and alongside other children in a group setting.

Starfish/Beginner
Ages 5 years old and up. Co-ed
1 hour class. Entry-level class to fundamentals of gymnastics and to help pave a safe and effective road to more advanced skills.

Sharks/Intermediate
Co-ed
90 minute class. Intermediate level of skill progressions and core fundamentals for safe advancement. Invite Only

Dolphins/Tumbling
Ages 6 years old and up. Co-ed
90 minute class. Continuation of development and basic skills. Focus is on tumbling and trampoline, incorporating the core principles of tumbling.

Marlins/Strength and Conditioning
Ages 6 years old and up. Co-ed
90 minute class. This is a strength and conditioning class that will be a developmental level to ensure body awareness and coordination.

Ages 6 and up. Co-ed
90-minuted class. Cheer, chant, dance, stunting, and tumbling basics will be covered in preparation for future endeavors.
